What a great game and series this was. Miami was awesome back the late 90s. Two of the greatest teammates if all time vs one of the best ‘big man/small man’ of all time. Too bad Rodman cheapshotted Mourning, but there’s very little ANY team could do against 90s Bulls.

Stats don’t mean shit in today’s soft defense era. Using the forearm to defend players facing the basket went away in 1997. In 1999, the league eliminated contact by a defender with his hands and forearms both in the backcourt and frontcourt. . In 2001, the defensive three-second rule eliminated.

the way he posts up kenyon at 6:30 and scores on him like he is in junior high.. kenyon is one of the most athletic pf’s in the league. i can’t really think of another 2 guard today that has this type of ability.

@oliverrainman Kobe has a worse shooting percentage because he takes bad shots. It’s not just a reflection of his bad shot selection, but also because he doesn’t have the same skills at getting an open shot. Simple as that.

Second of all, don’t make assumptions like saying I’ve never seen Kobe back up Lebron, I’ve seen Kobe try and post him up and hit those fadeaways, it was clear that Kobe wasn’t actually “backing up” Lebron in a sense that Lebron could not maintain his position and was sliding backwards like in this case, it is a known fact that Jordan was stronger than Kobe (from Phil and Tim Grover) so stop owning yourself bro, you sound like a tool
